It's taken too long to update. it's not that I haven't had time, it's just that I've been lazy. I don't have any new work, so I haven't seen the point of posting anything. My muse has been either asleep, or on vacation, because I've had no inspiration.

On a happier note... I got accpeted to the music department at Western Washington University. It's rather exciting. I haven't been officially accepted by the school yet, but after checking their acceptance requirements compared with my achievements, I'm not worried (that much).

I'm in rehearsals for Beauty and the Beast with my school. I'm playing Lumiere (the flaming candlestick), and I'm loving it! the Be Our Guest number is frightening, because I'm dancing and singing at the top of my lungs. the girl who plays Belle keeps telling me that she sees my eye twitching when she looks up at me from the dip at the end of the song *twitch, twitch*. I'm not surprised, considering how much I have to do. It's hilarious.

I have the worst senioritis ever! it's not really that I'm careless in my classes, it's more of a mental thing. I spent 15 minutes yesterday going through my planner and marking the days left til my graduation. I'm so ready to be done with school! I hate being told what to do by people. I'm ready to just go out and live my life.

I'll stop rambling now, because I know how tedious journals can be. I just thought I'd update so I didn't have such an old journal up.
